Stop saying you don’t have time

One of the most common things people tell me is: “I just don’t have time to work out.”

And honestly? Most of the time, that’s NOT true.

You have time. Some more than others, but you simply haven’t made your health a big enough priority.

That might sound harsh, but I’d rather tell you the truth than feed you some BS excuses that keep you stuck.

I’m not asking you to train for two hours a day. I’m not asking you to become obsessed. I’m asking you to create 30–60 minutes that belong to YOU.

That time changes everything.

Get up earlier

For me, it means waking up early and training before the world starts pulling at me. For you, it may simply mean getting up 30 minutes earlier and finally doing something for your physical and mental health before the chaos of the day begins. Because once those distractions and responsibilities start, it’s way more difficult to get done what you want done.

And that’s where boundaries come in.

You need a bedtime. You need consistency.

Are you drinking multiple nights during the week? If you are, just know that you’re making things 10x harder than they need to be. Alcohol crushes momentum, kills recovery, and makes the snooze button easier to hit.

Then people wonder why they can’t stay consistent.

Structure over motivation

You don’t need motivation every day. You need structure. Having structure and systems in place is a much better strategy than relying on being motivated. Motivation comes and goes. You’re motivated January 1st, but what happens on January 15?

Find something that you actually enjoy! It can be walking, lifting, running, rucking, lunges, podcasts, biking, or being outside.

Once you start stacking those days together, something interesting happens: You become addicted to feeling good.
