Levels of the Get Stacked Program

GET STACKED PROGRAM PSA

 

There are now 3 LEVELS of the Get Stacked Program. Bottom line: anyone can do the Get Stacked Program.

Don't feel like you have to start at Level 3. It took years and years to refine the program and to produce some of the freak lifters you see today.

Start at Level 1 if that's where you feel most comfortable, then progress up the ranks if you can!

LEVEL 3

The same exact program as the #4amcrew

Pump Work + GPP (general physical preparedness)

Squats, Deadlifts, Bands

More Volume than Level 1 & 2

 

LEVEL 2

Pump Work + GPP (general physical preparedness)

Add in Squats & Deadlifts

Less Volume than Level 3

 

LEVEL 1

Pump Work + GPP (general physical preparedness)

No Squats, No Deadlifts

Less Volume then Level 2
