What’s Rest-Pause Mean?
Even though you can stop, you’re never truly resting because you must stay on the bar. Let’s say you’re doing 100 reps per exercise. Pick a rep count you can get to. Let’s say you get through 20 lat pulldowns, which means you have 80 reps to go.
Stay on the bar. This means you’re not really resting. If you need guidance, look at the video above. I’m rest-pausing at the top of the lat pulldown movement. Everything is fucking burning, and it keeps a ton of pressure on the muscle.
Then, inch out another 10-20 reps more, and rest-pause again. Continue this cycle until you hit 100 reps, then move on to the next exercise.

If you pick and use the proper weights, your pump will be straight nasty, your endurance will be next level, and you will get fucking jacked. It’s just the way it is.
