Hammer Curls: 30 seconds Regular Curls: 30 seconds Overhead Tricep Extensions: 1 minute

4 SETS (12 TOTAL MINUTES)

Fast Walk 1 minute on Treadmill - 15% Incline Mountain Climbers: 1 minute Russian Twists: 1 minute

4 SETS (9 TOTAL MINUTES)

Day 02 Tuesday

 

Treadmill 1 minute fast walk at 15% Incline Goblet Squat Hold - 1 minute

Treadmill - 1 minute fast walk at 15% Incline DB Deficit Reverse Lunges - 1 minute Alternate lunge in place - 1 minute fast
