Why do we get the results that we do here at CoryG Fitness over other programs?
I am a deep believer of leading from the front. I’m a practitioner at heart, and I believe leading from the front with discipline is the ultimate separator.
“Balance”
Even when I say the word “balance,” it’s out of balance. Let me explain.
Balance would be 50/50. In order to get the results you see here from a food, mental, and training standpoint, you have to go 85/15 or maybe even 90/10.
This may sound intimidating, but when you fully commit to the 90% and see how great you feel, you’ll discover that 10% is just enough. That’s what I’m talking about.
This type of discipline is sustainable for the long-term.
90/10 or 85/15?
Many don’t realize that elevating your discipline to the 85-90% level gives them the results they want. The remaining 10-15% is just enough to keep you sane, relaxed and rolling forward. You must have some built-in “dysfunction” from time to time.
Discipline is the Difference
It’s the format in which we talk about it, display it, and present it. We’re all working our ass off to get the results.
