Get on a schedule, be accountable with a wake-up time, and you just don’t fucking miss. You may miss every once in a while, and that’s just what it is, but you can’t miss for long periods of time.
We are preparing both our mind and body to handle whatever is thrown our way. That we can handle it better, overcome, and take these opportunities in stride to become more confident and successful. That’s what we do.
