Push-ups, jump rope, lunges—get shredded anytime, anywhere… even on vacation!! 🏝️🏖️🌊

You’re on vacation, but that doesn’t mean your gains have to be. This simple, no-equipment workout hits your chest, legs, and lungs in just 30 minutes. No fancy machines, no excuses—just pure sweat, pump, and results.

The Workout ✏️

Push-ups: 250 reps total (break them up however you need, just keep that pump going)

30 Minutes of Alternating:
Jump Rope: 1 minute max reps
Deficit Lunges: 1 minute max reps

Push-ups: 250 reps total (if your arms still work).

Why This Works
