Bryan Johnston entered the 2025 #IWANTABZ contest not just to get lean—but to get life back on track. After a flare-up of his autoimmune disease, a hernia, and a full year off from competing, he made a promise: this time would be different. And it was.

Bryan lost 29 lbs and got into his best shape ever without burning himself out. He followed CoryG’s Four Pillars with precision—AF101 + AF101.5, Get Stacked lifts, Pump:30, and daily lunges. He didn’t miss a workout, hit a lunge PR of 1.5 miles, and trained smart inside the guide rails he set with his wife.
