Serious Pump. Crazy Pumpage.
Today wasn’t about maxing out. It wasn’t about chasing numbers. It was about getting as much blood as possible into the pecs and just putting in some crazy volume.
I kept it simple: Flat barbell bench + incline barbell bench… for a total of 1,000 reps.
That’s it. No fancy variations. No overthinking. Just reps.
500 reps flat. 500 reps incline. Break it up however you need to.
I did sets of 20–50 reps, taking short breaks. Just enough of a breather, then right back to it.
There’s nowhere to hide in this one. Your chest is getting blown up, your muscular endurance is tested, and your mental toughness is challenged.
It’s not something you do every day. But every now and then, pushing the volume like this wakes everything back up.
